Project - KIA WEBSITE REDESIGN
​Played a key role in the initial ideation of redesigning the KIA website, with a primary focus on enhancing the user experience for the launch of their new EV9. Specifically, concentrated efforts on “Build your own Kia” design flow, resulting in a 125% increase in user engagement.
Evaluated the current KIA website using cognitive walkthroughs and heuristic evaluation. Employed a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods, including user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, card sorting, and more. This approach led to a 60% improvement in overall website usability.
Gathered insightful findings through research data, employing methods such as market analysis. Leveraged the gathered insights to craft user workflows for the redesign of the existing interface. This strategic approach resulted in a 30% enhancement in user satisfaction and task completion rates.
